Please email, support@moodfood.health should you wish to request a refund & return.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund, replacement, or exchange if:

• The item is unused
• The item is in its original, undamaged packaging

Note:

• Refunds will be made using the same method as the original form of payment
• Certain items cannot be exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons
• Gift vouchers cannot be refunded

Note:

• You will have the choice to have returned goods, replaced, or refunded
• We reserve the right to send returned products for further assessment

Please note that, due to the courier costs on our side, we are unfortunately unable to refund the delivery fee should you choose to cancel your order.
